These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the SoilStudio website and future SoilStudio mobile application. By accessing or using SoilStudio, you agree to these Terms.
Product status
SoilStudio is a Washington-based software company, and the SoilStudio app is currently coming soon for iPhone. Features, availability, supported platforms, and product descriptions may change as development and testing continue.
Informational guidance
SoilStudio may provide plant care, soil, weather, garden planning, and related information. This information is provided for general informational purposes and should not be treated as professional agricultural, environmental, chemical, engineering, medical, legal, or financial advice.
User content
Future app features may allow users to provide garden notes, plant photos, messages, and related content. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights needed to use that content with SoilStudio.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to SoilStudio systems.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or misleading content.
- Do not use SoilStudio in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Intellectual property
SoilStudio, including its name, logo, website, app designs, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by SoilStudio LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party services
SoilStudio may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, weather context, infrastructure, communications, or app functionality. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers
SoilStudio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website, app, or any guidance will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for every garden, plant, soil condition, or use case.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoilStudio LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of SoilStudio.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
